Carlos Zárate Serna is a retired Mexican boxer. He and fellow Mexican and world Bantamweight champion Rubén Olivares have the distinction of being the only two professional boxers in history to put together two streaks of 20 or more knockout wins in a row.

Ippo answered no, but added that Mexican were pretty dominate in the Featherweight and nearby weightclasses, where there are tons of famous Mexican World champions like Carlos Zárate Serna, Lupe Pintor, Vicente Saldivar, Alfonso Zamora, Julio César Chávez, José Luis Castillo, Salvador Sánchez, and Rubén Olivares.
