Summary[]
Alfredo took a liver blow and bites down on his mouthpiece in pain. The announcer claims that that was Ippo's first major hit in this match. Ippo looks with confidence and Alfredo gets surprised by this. Alfredo thinks that Ippo is trying to say that he has an advantage at this range. Kamogawa suddenly realises Alfredo will fight back and yells. While Itagaki is concerned, Aoki and Kimura cheer for Ippo. When Ippo and Alfredo both exchange punches, they miss and block, but in the end, Alfredo lands a hit.
