Summary[]
Alfredo describes Ricardo as someone who will put an end to his opponent without a single trace of emotion on his face, and while he may seem like a gentleman on the surface, underneath all of that is ferocious violent person, with the only difference between them is the light. Alfredo throws a right straight that Ippo dodges while throwing a right overhand that Alfredo blocks with his left hand. Alfredo thinks how he uses anger to suppress hesitation and fear, but doesn't lose control and always looks for the light in the darkness, as intelligence and reason is what he learned from Ricardo. Alfredo counters Ippo's right straight. Ippo almost tips over, but he stays standing, shocking Alfredo as he thought that should have done it.
