The street fight between Aoki and Takamura begins, with the latter distracting the former with a jab and then landing a straight that instantly knocks him out. He then asks Kimura if he wants some too. Knowing now that Takamura is a boxer, Kimura attempts a low kick but falls victim to a vicious uppercut that knocks him out. Determined to challenge Takamura as many times as it takes to beat him, Aoki and Kimura go to the Kamogawa gym the next day. Once they go in, they are beaten by Kamogawa, who tells them to greet every time they go in and that their hairstyles are not acceptable. After training for three months, they are both in much better shape and have left their bad habits. One day while training and wondering if they are a match for Takamura, they are invited to spar by Takamura himself.
