Summary[]
Knowing that a fourth Dragonfish Blow will end the fight, Kimura dashes in with the sound of the bell as the people are chanting his name. Mashiba on the other hand, adopts a defensive style in order to simply survive as he is at his limits. For the first time, Mashiba throws a straight and pushes Kimura back. He then begins a combination that ends with is trademark Chopping Right, but by entering in Kimura's range, he gives him the opportunity to counter with a right of his own. The exchange continues but Mashiba lands a clean right that makes Kimura's knees buckle. Instead of letting him fall, Mashiba delivers a blow that sends Kimura to the ropes, and then initiates his knockout pattern. While receiving the attacks, Kimura lands a punch and breaks free, causing the audience to cheer for him. At the sight of her brother backing away for the first time in his life, Kumi is in shock. Mashiba then tries to clinch, but foreseeing this, Kimura throws a series of body blows that leave Mashiba's jaw open. Mashiba is desperate, and in an attempt to end the fight, throws a counter, while Kimura throws a powerful punch with images of the belt in his mind.
