Summary

After an interview, a reporter tells Takamura that Hawk is retired, as a complete recovery is impossible. Takamura states he won't sympathise, as his right eye still hurts and if it had gone the other way, he wouldn't be able to return to the ring. Takamura comments that the world championship is delicious, as when he went home he realised that he's the best in the world and wants to taste the moment constantly. He then claims that he will treat the the Kamogawa group to rich food once Aoki gets back from selling all three hundred mini bronze statues. Ippo, Kimura and Itagaki goes to Aoki's house to see how many he sold, but Tomiko answers the door and states that he's in Shinjuku selling statues. The next day, Ippo goes to Shinjuku to look for Aoki, he then finds him mentally unstable. He then has an idea to put Takamura back in his place and suggests that they both go to Nekota's place where Kamogawa is. On the way there, they encounter a snow storm. Ippo believes he saw a bear, however, it was Hachi, as Aoki states that bears are hibernating. They then arrive to Nekota's house.
