Summary[]

Nekota asks Yuki to not tell Kamogawa that he is going to fight Anderson. Dankichi tells Kamogawa that Anderson sent a sixth Japanese to the hospital. Kamogawa explains that it has nothing to do with him, as he believes it is a one-sided battle. Kamogawa states that Japan will evolve prize fighting into boxing and Japan is evolving past the age of Japanese spirit. Kamogawa and Dankichi believe that Nekota is the one that can take down Anderson, with his wildness. Kamogawa asks Dankichi to not tell Nekota, because he believes he would be conceited and Anderson has punches that can break a man. He then tells Dankichi that he wants him, Nekota and Yuki to live in the same house for as long as he can. As Nekota is rickshaw driving, he begins to have great pain in his head causing him to go home. When he arrives, he asks Yuki if Kamogawa's home, while eating, he asks again, worrying Yuki. Kamogawa arrives, and after dinner, he hopes that the three of them together lasts forever. Yuki notices that the sunflowers are wilting, hoping to see them next year with the new seeds. Kamogawa then asks if Yuki noticed Nekota's feelings, Yuki then gets upset and asks if he knew her feelings. Kamogawa runs, knowing Nekota's feelings, not wanting to betray him as he's his best friend. Nekota arrives at the house and tells Yuki that tomorrow he'll face the American, and wants her to watch, as he will give everyone who watches strength. He plans on retiring and moving to the country side and wants her to move in with him, as the air is clean and it will help her body. Yuki is then shocked as Nekota knows about her. Nekota tells her he wants to know the answer after the fight.
