Summary

Takamura asks Ippo what he would do if he says he can't see out of his right eye. Takamura finds out that Ippo would tell Kamogawa and cancel the upcoming world title match and he figures that Miyata told Ippo as he mentioned that Takamura was hit with a left. Takamura has Ippo look away from him, and proceeds to punch Ippo, showing how Miyata hit him and confirming Ippo couldn't see it either. Takamura claims that he can see out of his right eye, proving it by reading lines in a magazine from far away, and that he has eyes of a hawk. Ippo leaves, relieved that he was worried for nothing. Later, Takamura enters the Kamogawa gym for the first time since the training camp ended. He reveals to everyone that he will show the results of his harsh training. He demands Yagi to compete with him in fishing at his homeland. After Kamogawa agrees so that Takamura can take Yagi down, Yagi tells Ippo, Aoki, Kimura, and Itagaki that he will let Takamura win so he can prepare for the world title match with a good feeling.
