Summary

Takamura tells Kamogawa and Yagi that his plan is that all he needs to do is connect one punch. Kamogawa scolds Takamura, as he was asking if he had a plan to land that one punch in the first place. Takamura claims that all he needs to do is keep punching and one will hit eventually. He adds that his boxing style has always been "pin them down and win" and that Kamogawa just needs to relax and wait for him to bring the belt back. Kamogawa thinks it is true that there is nothing to gain from Takamura not attacking, hoping that an overwhelming number of punches will be enough. At Eagle's corner, his seconds tell him that the plan that was made to go against Hawk is working on Takamura, as they are very similar boxers. However, Eagle reveals to them that he is barely hanging on, as dodging and countering Takamura's punches make him nervous. As the boxers head out for the fourth round, Kamogawa tells Takamura to change the pace by throwing more punches, while Eagle's seconds tells Eagle to focus and stick to the plan. After Takamura throws a big swing that Eagle dodges, Eagle connects with a counter against another big swing. Eagle goes on the offensive, leading Takamura to have to block and dodge his attacks. Takamura throws more huge swings, which Eagle counters one of them. Takamura continues throwing huge swings, following Eagle as he moves to dodge them. Date walks up to Ippo and Miyata, commenting how Takamura seems red in the face.
