Summary[]
As Miyata throws his right, Randy is shocked that Miyata's right fist is glowing. Randy thinks of Miyata's fast and gloving red gloves as "Red Lightning" as he gets hit by the counter and goes down. The referee ends the match immediately, resulting in Miyata's victory and keeping his OPBF featherweight title as he collapses. The seconds of both boxers enter the ring. Kida helps Miyata up as Miyata claims his last punch was just him being proud and stubborn due to being mad at Randy. Before leaving the ring, Miyata raises his right fist to the crowd as he is told by his father to give his regards to the crowd that cheered him on. Miyata's father realises that the punch Miyata used to defeat Randy was not something he ever used before, believing that Miyata has surpassed him. Sawamura explains the Corkscrew Counter that Miyata used to defeat Randy and how the twisting motion sped up the punch. Sendō argues the logic behind it, causing an argument between him and Sawamura.
