It is a coffee shop in Nagoya, Japan, where Sendō Takeshi and Kawabe discussed Sawamura Ryūhei's past.

Dragon Slayer Arc[]
After Kawabe stopped the fight between Sendo and Sawamura when they first meet, he followed Sendo in order to talk with him. Sendo told Kawabe that it might have been right to stop the fight, since neither of them have lost, where one of them might have died, based on the response he got from Sawamura. Kawabe mentioned that Sawamura was a lonely person, when he was a kid he stabbed his father because his father was a drunk. Every day he would always rampage at Sawamura or his mother.
So Sawamura decided to defend his mother, when he stabbed his father. The father was saved, but Sawamura and his mother were sent away to live together, where she was afraid of him. His mother mentioned looking for work, and left him with some relatives. It was that way in high school. Sendo thinks Sawamura is broken, and he wonders what Kawabe wanted him to do about it. Kawabe wanted Sendo to be Sawamura's friend, save him from his isolation.
