A Fist That Picks You Up is Round 13 of the Hajime no Ippo: The Fighting! - Rising anime, which is the adaptation of Jōji Morikawa's Hajime no Ippo series.

After using the New Dempsey Roll for a second time it was finally, for an end. And for last, the fearsome match ends with the winner Ippo. Sawamura left on a stretch, and went immediately to the hospital. Sendō visited him saying that still not even the Owari dragon couldn't win Ippo.

Anime and Manga Differences

In the manga, after Ippo won, he has fallen down, and then, to the way until the room, Takamura lift him up until there.
'When Sawamura was in the hospital, and Sendō visit him, Sawamura just pushed him out and then his arm stretched, making him hurt, and later they cut the scene of Sendō talking to Kawabe.
After it they removed the scene, when Kumi came in the room, they just jumped to when she took Ippo out for a walk.
