Test of Endurance Round 15 of the Hajime no Ippo anime, which is the adaptation of Jōji Morikawa's Hajime no Ippo series.

Summary

Ippo and Ozuma continue trading punches, Ippo remembers to not show pain in his own face, Ozuma wonders if his punches are effecting Ippo at all. Ozuma starts winning the exchange and downs Ippo. After struggling and with the help of Kamogawa shouting at him, Ippo gets up at the count of eight. Ozuma goes towards Ippo and delivers an over swung right hook that Ippo dodges, then counters with a body blow that downs Ozuma. After hearing his coach's words, remembering the coach's wife, and hearing his gym mates cheer, he gets up at the count of eight. They both exchange punches once again, Ozuma eventually traps Ippo to the ropes and begins to throw a barrage of punches. Ozuma begins to use a huge right hook, Ippo dodges it by ducking down, then throws an uppercut, followed by a couple more punches that knocks out Ozuma. The referee announces that Ippo is the winner. Kamogawa comes over and tells Ippo that he did just like he was trained. Ippo goes to Ozuma and says he is thankful for the match. As Ozuma walks away from the ring, the audience gives him an applause, surprising Ozuma. Ozuma is disappointed that he lost, but says it was a wonderful fight that he has no shame telling the coach's wife about it. Umezawa and his gang was happy with the outcome of Ippo's match. Aoki, Kimura, and Takamura congratulates and laughs at Ippo's damaged face.
