Masahiro Fujisawa (藤沢 正広, Fujisawa Masahiro) is a former featherweight boxer who participated in the East Japan Rookie King tournament. He fought Ryō Mashiba in the first round of the East Rookie King Tournament.

Etymology[]
- The name Masahiro means "right, proper" (正) (masa) and "wide, broad, spacious" (広) (hiro).
- Masahiro's surname Fujisawa means "wisteria" (藤) (fuji) and "marsh" (沢) (sawa).
