Hiroshi Nishimura (西村 浩, Nishimura Hiroshi) is a non-recurring character in Hajime no Ippo. He is a junior lightweight boxer that fought Tatsuya Kimura in the first round of the Class A Tournament.

Hiroshi entered the Class A Tournament and was scheduled to fight against Tatsuya Kimura in the first round. When the match began, Hiroshi fought Kimura, however at the end, Hiroshi lost by decision after six rounds.

- The name Hiroshi means "prosperous" (浩).
- Hiroshi's surname Nishimura means "west" (西) (nishi) and "town, village" (村) (mura).
