Kōhei Kiyasu (喜安 浩平, Kiyasu Kōhei), born February 19, 1975, is a Japanese seiyū from the Ehime Prefecture. He is the chairman of his own acting troupe called "Bull Docking Headlock".
He voices Ippo Makunouchi in the anime, as well as the video games. In 2019, he wrote and directed the Real Fighting Hajime no Ippo: The Glorious Stage!!.
