Second Coming of Death Arc[]

Kaonar getting defeated.
Kaonar had an upcoming match against Manabu Itagaki, going to the Kōrakuen Hall when the match arrived. When the match began, Kaonar and Itagaki fought to the end of the first round, where Kaonar attempted to hit a distracted Itagaki, however, Itagaki dodged, and Kaonar was hit by rapid jabs as the first round ended. At his corner, Kaonar admitted that Itagaki's speed and technique are leagues above his, but he still planned to turn the next round into a punching match. In the second round, Kaonar noticed something different about Itagaki, and decided to go with his plan still, sending out a left. Kaonar's left and head were stopped by Itagaki's fists, preventing the left from landing, along with the accidental headbutt. Kaonar threw a right, however, Itagaki used quick footwork to dodge it. As Itagaki accidentally went to the ropes while dodging the right, Kaonar took the opportunity to attack Itagaki at the ropes. Kaonar dodged a left from Itagaki by ducking, however, he was hit by an uppercut, making Kaonar go down. Kaonar got up, and made a desperate dash towards Itagaki. As Kaonar threw a right, he was hit by a Jolt Counter, causing him to go down. The referee immediately ended the match, resulting in Kaonar's loss.
