Keith Lycaon(キース・リカオン) is a non-recurring character in Hajime no Ippo.

He is a middleweight professional boxer. He fought Takamura Mamoru for the WBC and WBA Middleweight Titles. Keith Lycaon is ranked 2nd in the WBA, and 3rd in the WBC.

Part II

10 Months in the Making Arc

Prior the bell, Keith notices the Arena seems quiet (because Makunouchi Ippo lost to Antonio Guevara, where he wanted to silence the crowd with his skills. Keith was able to research Takamura (because of the information age), and he believes he knows Takamura's weakness. He thinks Takamura is a naked champion, and wants to show everyone.

The match starts, Keith was able to land a punch on Takamura, but before he throws another punch, Takamura lands a punch, ending the match.

Appearance

He is similar height to Takamura, and has a strong body. He wore a business suit to the Press Conference, and has a cleanly shaved face with trimmed haircut.

He is somewhat arrogant. Prior to the match, Keith was able to research Takamura (because of the information age), and he believes he knows Takamura's weakness. He thinks Takamura is a naked champion, and wants to show everyone.

The match doesn't last long enough to see his style, but chances are he is an orthodox fighter.
