Sendō in Mexico Arc[]

Milo, Marascas, Sendō, and Hoshi in a newspaper article.
While Milo was at the Lucha Lucha Gym, Takeshi Sendō and Hiroyuki Hoshi arrived. Milo told the duo that when he visited Japan, the people treated him kindly, so he wanted to be kind to Japanese people by showing them where to find delicious food, and beautiful places to visit. Sendō declined his offer since he wasn't interested in wrestling nor vacation. Milo apologised as they left. Later, Milo was approached without his wrestling mask on by the duo again, asking him where a lucha gym was nearby. Milo gave them directions to his gym. He soon arrived at his lucha gym, witnessing Sendō acting hostile towards his brother, Marascas, since he mistook him for Milo. Milo explained his brother didn't speak Japanese, and he introduced himself and his brother as the "Scamaras Brothers". After hearing that Sendō was searching for a boxer, Milo drove the duo to the J.C. Gym, where he heard a "big shot" came by looking for sparring partners, believing that he may be the one Sendō is looking for. When they arrived, Milo was told by Hoshi that it was the wrong guy, but Milo pointed out that Sendō became excited after he saw who the big shot was, Ricardo Martinez. Milo acted as a interpreter for Sendō. While Hoshi was against the idea of Sendō sparring with Ricardo, Milo knew that Hoshi feels the same way as him, as if something amazing may happen. Milo watched Sendō and Ricardo's spar, which ended early when Sendō made Ricardo, who has never been downed before go down in the third round and Alfredo showed up, causing a lot of commotion. Afterwards, Ricardo set up a match for Sendō and Alfredo González to fight as a semi-final undercard to his WBA featherweight title defence in three months, promising for the winner to face him in his next title defence. Milo translated Sendō's response for Ricardo and his side.
Importance of the Support Role Arc[]
With Sendō finished with his business in Mexico, Milo saw him and Hoshi off at the airport. Before the duo left, Milo revealed why he is nice to the Japanese after an old woman helped him while he was in Japan, and that Sendō's "tiger" nickname means "tigre" in Spanish, which is the name of his eternal rival that he has suffered many losses against.
Deathmatch in Mexico Arc[]
After Sendō's side arrived back to Mexico and Milo was requested by them to help bring Ippo Makunouchi from the airport to them, Milo and Marascas went to the airport. When they found Ippo being chased by locals due to a misunderstanding, Milo and Marascas saved Ippo by giving him a wrestling mask to trick everyone into thinking he was a wrestler together with the brothers. When Sendō, Alfredo, and Ricardo's weigh-in and press conference arrived, Milo went to the Arena México to attend it. After the press conference, Hoshi went with the group to a restaurant to eat. When Ippo noticed that the waiters that were Alfredo fans put a bug in Sendō's salad, Milo wanted to complain to the staff, however, Sendō was fired up since he thought that there weren't anyone in Mexico that was paying attention to him.

The next day, Milo went to the Arena México to watch Sendō and Alfredo's match with Ippo. As Sendō was making his entrance, Ippo was confused as to why the locals were cheering for him, which Milo informed him how Mexicans love tigers. Milo asked Ippo about who he thinks will win, however, Ippo couldn't make a prediction, but deemed their ability as equal, Alfredo being precise, and Sendō having more destructive power. After the first round, Milo was worried that Sendō would be going home after not being able to do anything, however, Ippo disagreed, expressing how Sendō is someone who is unpredictable and can make the impossible possible. Milo watched the match as Sendō defeats Alfredo in the fourth round by knockout. When the ring announcer gave Sendō a mic to do a victory interview Milo reminded Sendō of Mexico's magic words, which Sendō shouted the famous Mexico saying "Viva Mexico," causing the crowd respond with "Viva Tigre".

Milo and Ippo watching Ricardo and McCallum fight.
Milo watched as the main event began with Ricardo's 22nd WBA featherweight title defence match against former WBC featherweight champion, Billy McCallum. Before the match began. Ippo explained to Milo about McCallum's background, which caused Milo to believe that McCallum is confident in himself if he gave up his WBC belt to challenge the WBA champion. He also noticed that McCallum is razor sharp just by watching him shadowbox even though he is a professional wrestler. After Ricardo defeated McCallum by knockout in the first round, Milo began to leave the audience area with Ippo to group up with Sendō for the victory party.
After Sendō was finished fighting Alfredo and was heading home to Japan, Milo and Marascas saw Sendō and his group off. Before Ippo left, Milo taught Ippo common Spanish sayings.
Alpha and Omega Arc[]
When Ippo, Yanaoka, and Sendō arrived to Mexico, Milo and Marascas met them outside the airport. The two brothers began to drive them to their gym where Alexander Volg Zangief and Wally are. Along the way, Ippo asked Milo of Volg and Wally's condition, which Milo answered that they are fine, but the lack of sparring partners is troublesome. Milo was shocked as he was about hit a pedestrian in the middle of the road, however, the pedestrian jumped back and landed on the roof of the vehicle, and it was revealed to be Wally, who cheerfully greeted everyone. When everyone arrived to the Lucha Lucha gym, Milo watched as the spar between Sendō and Wally began. After the spar ended, Ippo and Volg got ready to spar. Milo watched as Ippo and Volg's spar began. The sparring was stopped by Sendō as Ippo was starting his Dempsey Roll since it was only supposed to be a "touch spar". Later, Milo went to the Arena México and was part of Wally's entrance ceremony for his match against Ricardo.
