Inside a building, Marcus Rosario pointed a gun outside the window after being annoyed by a dog's barking. Mr. Bin told him that he shouldn't do that as there are people around, and if he fires a round, the police will arrive, reminding him that he is the world champion. Rosario told him that he is being loud as well, aiming the gun at him and firing a shot. Rosario stated that he missed, as the bullet landed on a picture of Ryō Mashiba, but missed his body. Rosario knew that Mashiba would not be an easy target, and began to punch the picture of him on the wall, prompting the manager to stop him, as he doesn't want him to hurt his fists. Rosario told him to hurry up and bring Mashiba to him, as he wanted to wreck his happiness. A week before his title defence match against Mashiba, Rosario went missing. Mr. Bin looked all over the place for Rosario until he found out that he went to jail over a shooting incident. Mr. Bin bailed Rosario out. Mr. Bin and Rosario arrived in Japan. After getting off the plane at the Narita Terminal 1, Mr. Bin voiced how unhappy he was about having to bail Rosario out of jail. Rosario made Mr. Bin know how unhappy he was about how he couldn't do anything he wanted on his way to Japan, and how the Japanese don't seem to care about his presence, announcing that he will make sure that everyone is as unhappy as he is.

On the day of the weigh-in and press conference, Mr. Bin and Rosario went to the Royal Hotel where both will take place. After Mashiba passed his weigh-in, Rosario was over. Mr. Bin claimed that it will be fine as they have time for the second weigh-in. Mr. Bin took Rosario to a sauna and scolded him for drinking the water at the airport that made him over the limit. After the sauna, Mr. Bin had Rosario do roadwork. The reporter Minoru Fujii walked up to Mr. Bin, who claimed to have no comment on the matter. Fujii claimed he didn't come to talk to him about the match, but about him personally. Fujii asked Mr. Bin as to why he is a manager for such a problem child, to which the manager answered that Rosario makes him rich. Fujii pointed out that the cancellation fees and penalties that will happen if the match doesn't happen will put him in the red, and the police are keeping an eye on him as well. Mr. Bin believed that Rosario won't drop the weight, as even if he did, he would be too dehydrated to fight, however, he doesn't care what shape Rosario is in as long as he gets in the ring. Fujii noted that if Rosario loses the match, he won't be making any more money off of him, however, Mr. Bin claimed that Rosario will win because he is strong. Mr. Bin added that Rosario was scouted into the organisation as a teenager and then worked his way up and became the boss's bodyguard. Fujii asked him if Rosario is still part of that organisation. Mr. Bin answered that Rosario is not part of that organisation anymore and was a candidate for the top ranks early on, but believed that that would have been a bad idea. Mr. Bin explained that Rosario was a loyal top ranker, but to others, he seemed as if he would betray them, and when someone tipped off the police on the organisation, Rosario was suspected to be the one who did it. After Rosario passed the second weight check, Mr. Bin went with him to the press conference that was uneventful since Rosario didn't speak and Mashiba didn't show up.

In Rosario's waiting room, when Mr. Bin saw Rosario shadowbox, he saw that Rosario was as sharp as ever, and it wouldn't look like he missed any training time while he was in jail to others. When the match began, Mr. Bin was Rosario's chief second. After the first round, while Rosario told Mr. Bin that he didn't care about points, Mr. Bin warned that this is an away match, and it may come down to a decision. During the second round, Mr. Bin was surprised at Mashiba, as it should have been the first time he has seen a Southpaw at Rosario's level, wondering if it really isn't the first time for him.

After the fifth round, at Rosario's corner, the referee warned the corner that Rosario was fighting too roughly, telling Rosario to watch his head and that he will be deducting points the next time he sees a foul. As Rosario left his corner, Mr. Bin wondered if Rosario saw the path to victory. The match ended in the seventh round by TKO in Rosario's victory.
