Part II[]

A Passing Point Arc[]

Papaya went to his weigh-in at the Yokohama Arena for his match against Aoki Masaru, where he acted embarrassed in front of Aoki as he was undressing, which made Aoki feel mocked.

Papaya fighting Aoki.

The next day, when it was time for their match, Papaya arrived to the ring. When the match began, Papaya threw punches that miss Aoki until one of his punches left him wide open, leading Aoki to duck down to start his Frog Punch. Because Papaya's "mole" moved from his chin to his forehead, it startled Aoki, making him simply jump instead. Papaya's "mole" then dropped to the ground. As Papaya was attacked, he acted weak and groggy as he was pushed to the ropes. Just as his opponent realised it was an act, Papaya hit him with his Coconut Punch, sending him flying, causing a down. When Aoki got up, Papaya landed punches on him until Aoki dodged, falling down while doing so, causing a slip. Papaya continued to play dead and attack until the first round ended. In the second round, Papaya tried to do a Look Away, however, Aoki did the same, causing the technique to fail. He was then clinched until the second round ended. In the fourth round, Papaya began to sweat immensely. Papaya and Aoki began an exchange for every round until the final tenth round, where both boxers barely had any stamina to fight anymore. The tenth round ended, and match was decided with a draw.

Rusted Blade Arc[]

Aoki Flying

Papaya hitting Aoki with the Coconut Punch in their rematch.

Papaya, still the Indonesian lightweight national champion, had a rematch against Aoki scheduled as an opening match for Takamura Mamoru's main event against Richard Fox. Instead of fixing his weak stamina, he strengthened his right arm, making the Coconut Punch more powerful. When Papaya's match against Aoki arrived, he went to the Yokohama Arena. At the ring before the match began, Papaya noticed Aoki wearing a hat and told the referee. After the referee made Aoki take the hat off, Papaya laughed at Aoki having only five strands of hair. When the match began, Papaya was hit on the face one time before Aoki ran around the ring to avoid risking getting hit by Papaya's Coconut Punch. Papaya chased Aoki around until the referee deducted Aoki's one point score in the ninth round due to him not attacking. After Papaya smirked and the audience jeered at Aoki, he jumped forward to try and hit Papaya, however, Papaya hit Aoki with his Coconut Punch, causing him to go down. The ninth round ended after Aoki got up. In the final tenth round, Papaya was visibly exhausted and sweating due to his poor stamina. Papaya was sent down after a single punch to the face, but he was able to get up. Papaya was downed a second time immediately after he got up due to getting hit by a Frog Punch. After Papaya got up, he was able to avoid going down again until the round ended. The match's decision ended in a draw.

Appearance[]

Papaya has a odd looking hair style similar to a muffin, complimented with an equally oddly shaped face. He has a dark skin-tone and a muscular fit body. He has the word "PARA" and "DISE" on his boxing trunks, spelling out the word "Paradise".

Boxing Abilities[]

He fights exactly like Aoki, even using one of his moves with him at the same time, to trick him. Even with that though, he has a very powerful right arm. He calls his right straight a Coconut Punch, his opponents have been quoted as saying that it felt like they were hit with a coconut. This all compensates for terrible stamina, that doesn't even last him 3 rounds.

Techniques[]

Weaknesses[]

PapayaVSAoki

Papaya Dachiu VS Aoki Masaru I

Papaya's weakness is a critical lack of stamina, and his only tactic is to exchange in a way that makes the opponent overconfident in their punches. Aoki exploits both of these weaknesses in his two fights with Papaya, in the second by not throwing any punches at all for 8 rounds.
