Thailand is a nation in south-east Asia, and south-west of Japan. Squalls come without warning, which can surprise tourists. Thai boxing is called "Muay Thai", while regular boxing is called "world fighting boxing". Thailand is not as prosperous as Japan, some get into the ring for money. Thailand is a member of the Oriental and Pacific Boxing Federation.
Before Jimmy Sisphar fought Ichirō Miyata, he was the boxer that gave children hopes and dreams. Jimmy was also seen as the hope of Thailand's boxing after Khaosai Galaxy retired.
